Fix: Web source URI + check/revert buttons now inline in single row

Merged the URI TextBox and check/revert buttons into one DockPanel.
TextBox fills remaining space, buttons dock right (✓ rightmost, ✕ left).
No more line-wrapping in the web source config.

1b of 7-issue polish batch. 207 tests, 0 warnings.
