Docs: verify web source URI correctly hidden for webcam (no code change)

SourceTypeToVisibilityConverter returns Collapsed when Type is null;
WebcamSceneConfig has no Type property so the binding produces null.
Issue 1c of polish batch — confirmed no fix needed.
