    (LoadTrax/PlayTrax/PauseTrax/OnTraxPlaybackEnded/RefreshTraxUi), local
    loopback ducking (UpdateTraxLocalGain).

    Core keeps the ctor event hookup, LoadLayout/Shutdown/SaveLayoutNow call
    sites, and Scenes partial's hotkey dispatch.
